Urgent help

hi sir,
my name is manoj. i am completed btech on this year. My friend and his brother one day called me by saying like this "my friend is running a company, there is one vacany for you. I am here you dont worry like that". he forced be tto join in that company by paying 1lakh rupee.Ok joined , now company was packed night night and jumped. Then i went to friend brother for refund. He said i am not responsible then what ever you do. I have transferred money proof. Can any one help me pleasee what i d now...
