Update on dv case

Hi,

Today attended the court for DVC hearing.

For last 6 months, arguments were for Interim maintenance.

I produced her 26AS income and Judge asked them to produce my income certificate.

She is getting 44,000 per month and no kids. Didn't stay for 6 months.

They failed to prove my income. Judge gave another chance but they couldn't succeed.

Today, Judge told that next date will be inquiry on Main DVC. Judge didn't say any thing about Interim maintenance and opposite party didn't ask about interim maintenance as I proved her income.

My questions are.

1) Does inquiry in main DVC means, no interim maintenance ?

2) In Main DVC inquiry, can Judge again order Interim maintenance?

3) How much time does it take to run main DVC?

4) In general what will be outcome of main DVC inquiry?

Please advise.

I dont think so the judge is going to pass IM as you have already proved she is a working women . Now the main case would follow that is her cross examination would take place and so would your cross examination too take place after which arguments would follow and than outcome would be known .

Did she mention that she was not working and you proved that the she is working ?

The judge would not pass the IM application as she is able to maintain her self..

Could the experts  comment , if the judge could grant maintenance in the final order  in this case ?

Does DV has to be proven ? or just what the girls say is considered as DV , ( no evidence required ?)

For any relief to be passed DV has to be proved .

Instead of wasting time here in the forum and also in the court ruinning behind DV case.

Go for settlement.

Get rid of headache by arranging settlement amount.  One hand u pay other hand u get divorce.

I suppose you have already spent 2-3 years now already behind this case.

you wont achieve anything proving or disproving DV.

just get MCD and marry someone else when u have age.

age gone running behind court, you wont even find proper gal if you grow old later on.
