I am a service class citizen based out of my home town to earn my living. My father had started a co-operative by buying large chunk of land in partnership with other two people. All three were entrusted with 1 piece of land to live and rest to sell. One of the partners did not wish to stay and left leaving his land unoccupied. Now 30 years later, other land sharks have observed it empty and illegaly captured the land. Now could you please help me to legally take a stand on this and free up the land. How should we decide that this land belogs to any person or co-operative. Can we use co-operative authority and object over this. Is there any way to call police and get the encroached land vacated. Kindly suggest and help. Thanks a lot.
