Hi,
I stay in Chandak Nischay in Mumbai and we had requested for a NOC for installation in our society for our new EV vehicle however the builder has been giving us reasons since 18th August 2023 and has not given us any document to proceed with the same.
please help on how to get this done with legal help

How the builder is concerned with the day to day affairs of the Society?

So till the time society secretary and management is not formed the builder is responsible for providing NOC

Apparently, the Society has not been formed. How could NOC be issued to a non-entity?
