Two different O.S is filed in JMFC & Dist. Courts -Magadi-Ramnagar Dt. & Bangalore claiming a common property by one family. Two FDPs are going on. Is it correct.

In my opinion a reference should be made to the Registrar, High Court of Karnataka for clubbing both cases or subsequent O.S. should be dismissed.
