Transfer of property right of joint holder

Hi Myselves and Mywife were joint holder of flat In a Society of Borivali. Since the loan was availed from her bank at concessional rate her name was put first. But more than 50 % of laon taken was repaid by me. She expired in 2013 July. Wihtout nomination/will for the flat.

I applied to the society for removal of name of my wife from share certificate.

Society has after putting advertisement in two newspaper and certain forms deleted the name of my wife from the certificate by passing resolution in AGM.

Does this mean I am the sole owner of amount received after selling of the flat. I have two sons minor age. Or 50 % share pertaniing to my wife shall be devided in three parts again.(Father+ two son)
