my sister who owned a flat in pune died in the year 2007.she was a widow without any issue.she had nominated my self,mybrother and son as nominees.the nomination was duly registered with the society and acknowledged by the society.after her death we filed our claim with all the required papers.we waited for six months and after seeing that the society was not taking any action to register us as members we filed a complaint with the registrar through a lawyer.the registrar gave judgement in our favour and ordered the society to register us as members immediately.that was one year ago but still the society is silent.kindly advise what course of action is open to us now.thanks
