I am planning to purchase a property in Mira Road (Thane, Mumbai), This property belongs to CM's quota allotment system to Gvrnt Employee. Owner has done registration in Oct 2001, where he was asked to take permission before selling and pay transfer fees as a part of panalty. Now there is one GR listed on Maharashtra Govrnt website (unique code 20111201112857001) which states that if owner has completed 10 years in the flats he may sale the flats without taking permission from government.
I am not getting this property at any concession rates, The only advantage is locations.
Can I expect your opinion to purchase this peroperty or not, and if yes how should i go ahead ?
Secondly whether bank will give me loan or not ?
