Sworn Statement

Please help me with the information on 'Sworn Statement' to be given in the Criminal Court.

what is the procedure?

can i write the statement or do I have to give the statement verbally in the court??

Please help.

" sworn statement' means statement of facts which a person knows fully and personally and given in writing before Judicial magistarte Ist class or before a notary public / oath commissioner.. An affidavit notarised by a notary public is a " sworn statement' ....

Thank you Pervez. I had given a notarized affidavit but which was returned to me and I was told to give a sworn statement...

I am confused, please help.

my dear friend, do not affried.  on oath you are required to tell truth before a magestrate.  They record the statement you have to sign. approach any local advocate for further information.
