Hai, I did my LLM from Lucknow University in 1994 with specialization in commercial law. I did my specialization under the guidance of Dr. Avtar Singh, an internationally renowned author of many law books. For some time, after completing my LLB, I practiced in High Court, Lucknow Bench. Presently, I am working with SIDBI, an all India Financial Institution [an apex institution for MSME] as DGM [Legal] and posted at Regional Office, Ahmedabad. While my posting at Lucknow in Vigilance Vertical, I had handled vigilance related matters. I possess vast experience in handling legal matters specially matters relating to business and commercial laws, company law, recovery law, RTI etc.

My hobbies include reading law journals, writing articles for magazines. So far, I have written more than 50 articles on various subjects of law and got published in reputed journals like Labour and Industrial cases [division of AIR], RBI journal, in-house magazine. I have won many prizes also on all India basis.
