Suggestion on promisory note

Hi All,

1) I want to take some amount from my sister and planning to write promissory note both of us.Is that valid promissory note if I take from my sister ? 

2) At the time of maintaince judgement, Is this promissory note will consider by judge? Please advice.

3) Is promissory notes will consider if we take from blood relations?
