Hi All, My wife filed 498a and DP 3&4 on me. she has taken all her gold and she left home. if tommrow she file 406 streedan if she tell I didnt take gold and kept there only. she has taken my gold 100gms also while going to her parents home. How to proceed with this if she file 406 case and how to collect my gold from her? Please advise.Thanks for quick response.
