Sra allotment letter

Admittedly, you are in occupation of a tenement alloted to another person. It is unlikely that your occupation would be regularised.

You state that you received a flat in SRA but how was it given to you?

Was it allotted to you by a formal letter or how?

Why did you occupy the flat allotted to a third person?

Have you approached the authorities concerned enquiring the status of your allotment?\

If not then do it immediately without further delay

Hi I have received a flat in SRA which was first issued to other person who returned it as he did not wanted that flat. But the allotment letter was in his name now it's been 2 years I haven't got the allotment letter in my name from SRA. What should I do please help

As stated by oyou please explain as to how did you receive the flat in SRA when it was stated to have been allotted to other person which has been returned to whom ?

Are you in possession ? If so, under which authority / document ?

Did you approach concerned person / agency / authority having its ownership ?
