Husband retired ,Senior and Pensioner India.
They moved to Canada to live with our son and later taken citizenship of Canada.
They have nothing left in India except husband's Pension and husband files regularly his Income taxes.
wife has no source of any type of Income in India she had been always a Housewife. Except at the time of husband's retirement her name was joined in the pension account.
Do she has an obligation to file Income tax in India.

She is not an Indian citizen anymore.
She is not having any income or source to derive income in India hence there is no necessity for her to file Income tax returns in India.
