Society trying to evict my tenant

Hi Experts,

I have personal issues with my Society Chairman.

Have registered an NC in local police station. he did the same against me.

Now to settle personal scores he is trying to get an order of eviction from court against my tenant on grunds of Non payment of maintainence.

1. I had disagreement on society services with society chairman.it was a heated argument.

2.He started abusing,taunting my friends and relatives(visitors to my flat).

3. I lodged a complaint (NC ) in local police station.

4. 4 months later, he along with his committee(2 ppl) lodged NC againt me accusing me of threatening them(false case).

5. My new tenant occupied my flat 2 weeks ago.

6. In order to shsettle scores,they threatened me that they would get an

eviction order from court and not allow any of new tenant to my flat.

Hi Shamina

I have rented my property for commercial use in residential property, however now my society members are telling me that i cannot rent property for commercial use in residential property.

Kindly help me, what is the LAW for renting property.

Also one more thing to add , that i have few flats in my building also rented for commercial and also few owners themselves are also using house as Office - Cum - Residential purpose.

I do not want to fall in dispute with my society members, as i have my financial responsibilities.

Kindly suggest me smart infact diplomatic way to come out of this situation.
