i have purchased a flat in bhaynder 2 years ago i submited all my orignal document to the society chairman for transfer she returned my agreement and registration papers after one month but she dint returned my orignal share certificate then i just forgot about it after one year when i was checking my document i notice that i have not taken my share certificate when i went to ask her she is telling she dont have it may be with the auditer and she dint gave me any aknowladgement when i submited the orignal know she is refusing the flat is already transfer on my name know the commite is telling me they dont have the share certificate and to issue new one you have to pay Rs 20000 please help me what should i do
