Bachelor tenants - They can be permitted to stay in any apartment provided
1) their Identity is established - If employed, from his employer the credibility and (2) If student - From the Educcational Institution about the character and address as per their records;
2) Local Guarantor in case they create Rokus or disturbance to neighbours;
3) A proper Police verification from the nearest POlice-post;
4) A written tri-partite agreement between RWA, Owner and the tenant incase they create scenario, it shall be the responsibility of the owner to compensate and simultaneously, the builder/RWA is authorised to evict them without further notice.
