Seeking advise on divorce case

Dear All.

I married on April 2017.

There are so much unavoidable problem on my family after my marriage created by my wife.

Though my parents are farmer so my wife dont give respect to them & scoled on every occasion.

after 3 month of marriage my wife taken all her ornaments & left my house.

At this time she got pregnant & after 2 month she abort my baby without my consent.

As per my lawer advise i filed Section 9 RCR.

against which she filed petition for litigation.

her brother warned me to withdraw the case against which i filed a general diary at police station for threat to murder given by my brother in law to me.

after some day she filed a dv case on me.

though the fir was not received by my local police station she send a fir by post to SP of our locality.

Till date i dont get any call from any of police station since 5 month over.

honourable judge hold the litigation petition & ask for recncilitation.

At reconcilition my wife doesnot agree to come back.

so judge advise to get mutual divorce & give a further date on which we will provide mutual consent divorce petition.

But her lawer ask a huge money for mutual divorce which is out of my capacity.

so i denied to give.

so on the next hearing her judge force to hear the litigation petition & my lawer says he will withdraw the RCR petition so that no litigation question will arise & file a fresh divorce petition.

Dear sir please advise whether am on the right track to get divorce or not.

my wife is BSC nursing & dont working.

am working in a pvt company having a salary of Rs.15000/-

PLease suggest any way on which basis i can get divorce from her.

I cant live with her.

After withdrawing RCR she called me several time and asking to live together.

Please advise whether is thia a trap or what.

Can i saw though u already disagree on RCR stage i cant take you back & on which ground i can file a divorce case.

Please suggest

Mr shambho

How can he marry, without divorcing first wife. Will the first wife, be silent hearing he's married?
