What is section 156(3) in 498a 504 506 3/4 DPA FIR?

When police not lodge FIR than victim complaint to SSP of said district.

If he fail to lodge and investigation the matter than Victim go to court and submit coplaint , Court passed order for lodge FIR and investigation the case under 156(3) cr.Pc.

In simple language this is 156(3) Cr.Pc
