cc x is dismissed without seeing the fact that order passed by HC is implemented.
cc was dismissed by judge who is not a judge decided in the original side
otherside filed review then it was contested, review was dismissed confirming its earlier order
and another cc was filed same was dismissed as is hit by principles of res judicata
and another wp was filed for implementation of same order same was dismissed as a person has gone upto apex court
however, govt passed a fresh order inspite of these proceedings then matter went to administrative tribunal
tribunal found that opposite party played fraud on HC and return the plaint to HC
original judge overruled the all cc and wp taken as objection
unfortunately original judge retired
matter came up before another contempt judge who dismissed the matter referring to first cc dismissed
if the Order is perfectly legal and binding
it is clear that no court has touched the order passed y HC
in earlier proceedings
administartive tribunal :: no issue was decided
we feel that it is not a fit case petition is dismissed
apex court dismissed slp in the following terms " no merit in this petition this slp is dismissed"
and review petition filed in slp dismissed " we do not find good ground to review our order rp is dismissed"
question :: recent order passed by HC after considering all earlier proceedings needs to be implemented
where as courts are going around the same point your slp dismissed
what should i do to get justice
please note appellatte auth is also having the provision for doing justice if there is failure of justice
