Sec 125 by minor

One related question to members:

If I apply sec20 of HAMA/ sec 26 of HMA----

* Will it be treated / filed as STAND ALONE CASE?

or

* Will it be filed/traeted in the running sec 13ia divorce case?

or

* Will it be filed as STAND ALONE case but later merged with sec13ia divorce case?

Note: mine city doesnot have family court yet
