Application was filed to SDO to reverse order passed by Tehsildar. SDO "rejected" (asveekar) the application. What can we do next? File an application to Commissioner/Collector? Or going to Civil Court is the only option?

You can prefer an appeal before the district collector and get your grievances redressed.
Other wise you have to file a fresh suit in a civil court.
