Dear Experts,
Last year I purchased land from Bank under auction. I paid the full amount and registered the land in my name. But while taking possession, the previous owner not allowing to take possession, until possession order from the court.
When I checked with the bank, they say the possession case is pending in district court. I followed Bank’s advocate, but he is not appearing before the court and says reasons for not attending every hearing.
I’m not getting any support from Bank and bank’s advocate for possession. I feel frustrated, even after paying and registering the land, I can’t take possession.
Kindly guide me, whether I can appoint another advocate to follow up or must wait for court order.
