Respected Experts, please help me in resolving the following query.
A has conveyed half portion of a residential site to B under a sale deed with a clause that other half portion has been left for road. Adjacent site owners have also been using that other half portion of the said site as road. But B is objecting to the others against using the road saying that the half portion of the site left for road is a private property which he can only use it. Please clarify as to the correctness of B’s stand.
