Revenue suit

I have put a Revenue Suit in Cheque Dishonour but person is not coming to court as he has ran from that address................now i get to know his new adress .............could i request police to arrest him at that place and what is procedure for that

For arresting the person do you have the necessary orders. If not bring this to the notice of the court

ok sir thanks for reply...............we have not any such orders ......................but is it possible that firstly we should get him arrested and then inform to court
