Hi Seniors
My wife filed a Execution petition claiming arrears in crpc 125 IM orders (INR x+y) , however I am giving INR x as cash to wife on evert Ex date and remaining arrears I paid in ULIP plan I purchased which I am ready to give it to wife. But Judge has not considered my INR y payment of the ULIP plan in IM order. My wife filed two Ex petitions now I want to give a written reply to her Ex petition.
Can someone help me in preparing this reply ? Would be great if you can share sample format of the reply.
