Rental Agreement in Bangalore

Greetings! I will be getting into a Rental Agreement in Bangalore where I am the Lessee. 1. The monthly rental amount is ₹18,000. 2. The Security Deposit is ₹1,20,000. 3. The agreement is valid for a period of 11 months. Now, I have 2 questions. 1. How much value of e-stamp paper do I need for this Non-Judicial Agreement? 2. Where can I get this e-stamp paper in Bangalore near Vidhan Souda/ Cubbon Park area or somewhere nearby? Appreciate any help in advance as I am in urgent need of this information. Thank you, Neil

Hello Hon'ble & Learned Ladies & Gentlemen, it would also be helpful if you can confirm whether taking a printout on the e-stamp paper instead of typing out content is valid or not? And will the legality of the document still hold or or there particular norms which allow the content only to be typed and not printed? Thanks, Neil
