rental agreement

some say deficient stamped, unregistered 11 month rental agreement can be used for collateral purpose

what does collateral purpose refer to ?

does it include

landlord vs tenant relationship plus agreement period and rent paid.

OR

only lanlord tenant relationship

Is deficient stamp duty has to be paid for collateral purpose ?

Rental agreement cannot be used for collateral purpsoe.

If your query is regarding collateral only then you reply what is the collateral that you are trying to use this rental agreement for?
