Dear Sirs, Where can we inspect the sanctity of a registered GPA. A GPA had been registered in 1999 in Delhi at Sub Registrar office Pitampura as seen from the seal / stamp in that GPA. But my friends say the entry of a registration of a GPA is not recorded in the registers of a sub registrar office like in cases of sale deed, rent deed etc. How can we make sure that the GPA registered is original.

In every registration offices there shall be seperate register to maintain the power of attorneys. You can verify the same.

Every gpa has been registered in Book IV of the sub-regiration office.

Every GPA registered is entered in Book No. IV in registrar's office. This can be verified.
