Hi Friends,
One of my friend said Registration and stamp duty is about to be increased from July -1(6.6% to 9%).Is this true?Any idea about this
I am planning to register my property by 1 week of July..I have to may more tax if this is the case.Please let me know if any of you have more pointers regarding this.?

Some sources said registration fees wil be increases only from August and not from July

Dear Sir,
The quantum of increase will be announced during the budget session tomorrow (12-07-2013) by the Chief Minister. Watch the news.
