Hello lawexperts,
I have an one year old registered residential flat in mumbai, will be getting possession in one month.
I have issue with my neighbour , Would like to know what are various means\legal options to exchange my flat.
Can i use exchange deed. what is cost and other details for same ?
Would appreciate your inputs.

If the builder is giving you a different flat, you can file for corrections in the sale deed earlier as the buyer, seller, property and consideration did not change. Flat no/block no changes can be done by corrections wherein both submit the same document for corrections.
