I have married for more than 3 years ,no kids, came back from aboard and staying with her for the past 10 months . She has mentally harassed for more than a year and I cannot take it anymore and asked for Mutual divorce , but she has refused . She has been asking for mutual divorce for the past 6 months and then i had refusing as I wanted to give another chance. she has changed her opinion and doesn't want to give divorce and left me recently . what are the options available for me and I am afraid if I start any proceeding then she may put false allegations? How to defend myself and the steps to take , plz guide .
