Referral to supreme court

I have won the case to evict the tenant in the sessions court on grounds of illegal occupation. The tenant has appealed to the high court and the case is now in the high court for over 2 years and due for final hearing.. Since I am a senior citizen the court has issued an order for me to reside & use the suit property pending disposal of the appeal. My question is can this order be referred to the supreme court thus delaying my occupying the flat.

From the order of High court  Tenant has legal right to file S.L.P. in the Supreme Court.  If you apprehend that Tenant file S.L.P. you may file caveat..
