Respected Sir/Madam,
I bought Flat which was underconsturction in Nallasopara, I paid Rs.5,18,000/- towards 20% downpayment.
Due to some reason Construction has not started., builder promise to refund our payment and he gave us 2 cheuqes, one is or 2 lacs and another of remaining amt.
I deposited first cheuque but is got bouns, I again deposited cheque after consulting builder but it again bouns. I contacted Builder He paid me Rs.1 lac through cash.
For remaining amount he is not coporating, he is receiving our phone.
I am payment thourgh BARER CHEQUE, HE gave us receipt.
