Sir,
a case was filed via 156(3) crpc under sections-323,504,506. Police suported accused and submitted Final + clousure report along with 182 crpc against the complainnant. Court accepted FR and sent notice to victim in 182 crpc.
complainant wishes to file PROTEST PETITION. here court will record victim's and witnesses' statement under 200 & 202 crpc. questions are-
- if in public no one ready to become witness, may two family members become witnesses under 202 crpc? OR is it mandatory that witnesses under 202 crpc should be from public (unknowk to victim)?
- once protest petition is allowed, will 182 crpc against the complainant, be quashed or not?
