Quess corp ltd is not giving my pf amount of around rs 90000

Hi Everyone,

I am Yogesh and my UAN No. is 100430597321

I worked with Quess Corp Ltd for 2 years.

And now the Quess Corp Ltd is not giving my PF amount of around Rs 90000.

Please tell me what should I do?

If PF a/c is with EPFO then funds in the PF a/c are not in control of M/s Quess Corp Ltd.

Why and how do you claim that M/s Quess Corp Ltd, is not giving you PF amount of around Rs 90000?

Did you submit PF forms ( withdrawal/Transfer) under proper acknowledgment?

Yes, I submitted my PF withdrawal forms to Quess Corp 45 days ago, but they have not submitted to PF Office yet and just giving excuses to do it after some days.

Even, they've nt transferred Employer share to my PF amount for 1 year.

I worked with this company for 2 years, but they entered my wrong Date of Joining and Date of Leaving dates.

Screenshot is attached. Why Leaving and Exit Dates are not there for 2 years, and why Employer Share is only Rs 12000

Any Idea?

Consult your own counsel specializing in Labor/service, Consumer, Criminal matters.

Your counsel may opine that you can lodge complaint with:

Police

RPFC,Addl CPFC,CPFC in EPFO and pursue thru RTI and alos lodge with Vigilance wing. Check if employer is already listed in list of defaulters with EPFO

ESIC Inspectorate, if eligible for ESIC

Inspector appointed under Shops & Estbs Act

O/o Labor Commissioner

Since your employer has not deposited employer's contribution and has defaulted how can you expect them to attest PF forms and submit to EPFO?
