Query on adjudication of consent terms filed in the court

Query to the Experts to help me understand the need and procedure to be followed : The Consent Terms are filed in the City Civil Court and the case stands disposed of in the month of Sep 2021. Now the Consent terms has a consideration value attached for giving up the 50% share in the flat contested under Partition suit basis a lumpsum payment received. Now the question is before the Consent Decree is drawn up do we need to get the same adjudicated for payment of requisite stamp duty for relinquishing the share of ownership rights. If yes, then whom to approach to get it adjudicated and what is the process involved. Thanks in advance

As per court decree, you shall execute a relinquishment deed in Sub registrar office concerned by paying the sufficient stamp duty.  However, it is better to show the decree order to a prudent lawyer for further guidance.

Any suggestion depends upon the procedure prevalent in the State where property is situated.

Experts, how can we determine if the Consent Terms requires adjudication ? What typical application process one should to check the applicability of paying any Stamp Duty on Consent terms entered into?
