Dear Sir/Madam,
My grandfather's aunt has filed declaration and injunction suit against my grandfather for a particular land.
They are saying they don't have any document in their name, we have fraudulently entered my grandfather's name in all revenue records, which is completely false.
In another case which is LAC same lady and her children said in other civil court she has no rights over the same property and also stated the said property belongs to my grandfather.
Now with the bad intention they have filed this suit.
They have stated in the written statement that they got this property through oral partition which is completely false.
Hon'ble civil judge told them to produce original documents which shows how they got the said property, in the next date, but they didn't produce it.
My question is what happens if they fail to produce original documents, which shows how they got said property in their name, even in the next date ? Pls reply.
