For a company registered in Delhi, if the agreement has to be signed in Mumbai, can stamp paper be bought in Mumbai also, or does it have to be purchased in Delhi only?

Where the document is to be registered the stamp duty or stamp papers from same regietering place, if you want to register in Mumbai then you have to attach stamp paper from Mumbia. You can sign document anywhere but the place of registration matters.
