Property dispute

property is in the name of mother in law but for last 22yrs it has been used as workshop my the fourth son who died 15 months ago.  he was shown as a  owner of workshop before the marriage by his family members.  now his son who is only 18yrs left his studies and running the workshop . as all other brothers are well settled. now the eldest son wants the front portion of the workshop as office for his son. and that is the main problem. so what should be the action on this by the wife of deceased husband with two children one of them is minor..and above it the workshop is not running well to meet out their expenses.

Who is the nominee of the workshop after death of mother-in-law. Has she wrote any will ? Clarify.

the mother in law is still alive living with her eldest son .as it has been noticed that she wanted to give whole workshop to her two grandchildren of her deceased son but she has been forced by her eldest son to get the some portion of workshop. though he already has one workshop jointly in his and his younger brothers name.
