Hello Members,
One of the Respondent got selected for a government job as a contract teacher and a criminal case is pending against him.
What is the procedure for a candidate to join govt services if any criminal cases are pending against him?
As of our knowledge, he suppressed facts about the criminal cases against him during his appointment. What action can be taken against him?.

Not only a contact employee, but any employee also suppresses the facts of a criminal case, he will be removed from service after came to light.

It is precondition to join a job (government or private) the candidate has to devolve all the informations to the employer failing which s/he is liable to be discharged.
