Summon under Order V Rule 1 and 5 and Order V Rule 3 of the CPC is provided in App.B No.2 and No.3 respectively of the CPC. However, substituted Notice under Order V rule 20 of the CPC is not provided in any of the Appendix except Notice to Show cause in App.H No.4.Now, when the Substituted Notice as provided in Order V Rule 20 of the CPC is advertise in the paper which form should be used? Can somebody post the Substituted Notice to be served to the dfendant usually used for publications in the newspaper?
