suppose a person has purchased a certain area of land say 2000 sq. ft from a person ( say society ) through a registered deed .Now suppose after 2 or 3 years , govt in that particular area says that this whole area belongs to them and they captures the same than what the person should do.

cheque the revenue documents of the same land and if it belongs of the government file a complaint against the then managers of society as well as the case for damages and recovery of money
