Whether the property is ancestral or not, whether the testator has marketable title to bequeath all the properties to the persons of his choice or not and whether the respondents who fight for their share in the properties despite the will is placed before court seeking rant of probate, shall be decided by the court after hearing both the sides, analysing all the facts and the laws involved in it.
