As per TRAI directives, a subscriber is entitled to get his own call details from any service provider. You can contact customer care center, file a written application and pay the prescribed fee. Depending on retention period of such data, they may be able to provide as you are seeking data of last year.. But making an attempt costs nothing.

Post paid bills are sent to customers.
Duplicate bill can be asked for by email,post.
In certain cases court can order to provide details.

If you are registered user , of your Co. i.e. docomo having website, go to your account, you will get all previous bills and payment histories.
