You can approach your department higher officials for alternate jobs due to physical problems.

You need to first submit the application for posting from place where your health is badly affected. You must provide concrete medical proof for the hazards in posting place. If the department failed to consider your request then you can file complaint in CAT.

You are subject to BSF act, hence you are bound by the regulations for BSF.

You may submit an application requesting to change your nature of duty and place on medical or compassionate grounds and send it to the commandant of the unit who will then forward it to the competent authority with his recommendations, if you are subjected to medical exdamination, you must be ready and willing to udnergo medical examination to establish your case.

You can follow the procedure as prescribed in the rules and regulations in this connection.

all depends on the service rules and regulations of bsf and discretion is with higher authority. you can't claim it as a matter of right.

No.

You cannot change your place of posting and duty at your own will and wish as BSF is not your private fifedom and you are bound by terms and conditions of your service..
