Sir one of my friend is not able to pay his mobile bills ....so he got call from a lawyer that a case is been registered in court .....sir my question is that will it affect the police verification as he is prepairing for govt jobs...my 2 question is that which types of case affect the police verification

It is a civil suit and not concenrd.
the rpoblem will bewhen your friend joins service and remains habitually indebted.
