After 14 months of unhappy marriage & situation in Matrimonial Home; can the wife succeed in obtaining DIVORCE with 'Solatium' or 'Alimony' ; when the husband is not a 'Heteros*xual' definitely; when the girl's parents have spent or at a loss of amount 13.5 lacs in all, towards this marriage.

I see you are still struck with word / phrase 'solatium' after our last discussion!
