Dear all,
My marriage got null and void as exparty and she filed 125 on me, there I submitted a copy of marriage nullify judgement. Now 125 sec is not applicable but her advocate is trying to convince her to file DV act.
Can she get money from DV act, what type of law is this?can she will enter my room forcefully with this law? since she has no place to live now she is trying to enter my room.

She can file for DV.you can file for quash of DV.
Nobody can force you to live with her.
On what grounds the marriage was null & void? how much time you lived together?
