Pf amount not credited into pf account by employer

Company submitted PF challan in the F.Y. 2012-13 but not reflected into PF passbook.

On EPFO site they already mentioned that due to system upgradation/modificaiton in system Employers/companys' are requested to deposit the same to PF office as per new format.

Company pursue (as told by them) to PF office still those amount not credited into individual's PF Passbook.

Can employee/s take any legal action against the company/director

I'm facing the same issues where my employer and not updated the KYC details because of which my current and previous accounts are not getting linked with my UAN.. As per my previous employer I would have to submit a copy of my adhaar card, is this mandatory since I don't possess one?

Hello Sir,

I personally did not meet any EPFO person.

On their site they clearly mentioned that for that missing period company/employer have to submit the details as per new given format to EPFO office.

In our updated passbook there are no enteries of PF amount of those missing months.

Might be employer/company submitted those details after 2/3 years, but no credit entries are showin in passbook.

The matter is related to Apr'12 & May'12
